Tyler, the sales rep outright LIED to me about the deposit being refundable. He knew on 9/27/16 when I booked the move that was originally scheduled for today, that the deposit was NOT refundable. I cancelled on 10/5/16 and have been asking about my deposit refund ever since. NO ONE will return your calls. TODAY, 10/27/16, after calling them for the 3rd time, I was told the deposit was not refundable as the move was not cancelled within 21 BUSINESS DAYS. Well, on 9/27 there were not 21 BUSINESS DAYS left, so the dude LIED just to get the deposit. Nice way to make money without actually having to do a thing. Crooks!
