It was an excellent experience. From the first communication with the office staff (Abby) to the final delivery of the furniture it was a simple and pleasant experience. Abby was great in setting up the move and communicating throughout. She would even respond to emails in the evening long after the close of business. The move itself was flawless. The movers were prompt and made a very difficult move easy and fast. It was a difficult move since it involved moving to Manhattan on a very narrow street with no parking space available and a 5th floor walk up. Every time a large truck came down the street the van had to be moved because of the parking restrictions. But even with this and the walkup, Alex, the mover managed to complete the unloading in under 2 hours- thanks to all
