HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - These people are scammers of the worst kind. They were dishonest from start to finish. I received a binding estimate to move my 1 bedroom house, 500 cf for $2098 with a non-refundable deposit of $524. I should have cut my losses here. They called the night before pick up and revised cf up $762, 825 cf. When the Russians came for pick up, they came with a truck too small to hold 825 cf so half my stuff was left behind. During transit I received a call saying I was actually over cf and that I pay an additional $3700 or they would not deliver. I wasn't until I found out they were using someone else's DOT# that they backed down and reverted to original pricing. When I did receive my delivery, I was in for a big surprise! All my wood furniture was severely damaged and they lost my 60' TV, bed and several boxes. Now, I am trying to go through the claims process with these crooks and it is a joke. They refuse to answer my calls (they rely heavily on caller ID) or emails, and when I do get through they just hang up on me. smh
