I have moved several times in my life and have never had such a horrible experience. They pull the "bait and switch". They give you a low quote, pad their reviews with fake 5-star ones and don't deliver when they say they're going to. I was relieved to finally get my belongings but they were damaged. Every single piece of furniture was damaged, my two lamps were completely broken. They packed everything into a semi truck and took no caution in doing so. Their insurance will only cover 60 cents per pound which is not even close to the actual value. They promised to break down and build the furniture but all the contractors did (they don't work for the company but the company contracts movers in each location so there's no sense of loyalty or customer service) was complain about how much work they had to do. Public moving services also kept calling them and asking what was taking so long as they were having to pay the contractors by the hour. It was an awful experience, don't buy into it!
