Awful - just awful. I relied on their FIXR reviews due to the high rating but should have checked Yelp. They'll do whatever it takes to get your business but then are nowhere to be found once they have your belongings. Continued run-around and impossible trying to get a straight answer. At this point I assume my belongings have been stolen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Here are other reports for everyone to view complaints:

And if you visit their site and scroll all the way to the bottom it includes a link to an adult site without warning. I'm sure the FCC would love to see that.
