DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER do business with this Co. They are the MOST DISHONEST Co I have every dealt with. My quote was $1,751.04 but after being all loaded I was then presented a bill for $6,466.50. That my friends is a $4,715.46 increase. They then proceeded to tell me I had to pay $3,000.00 in cash right then. The deal I had made with Janae was to put it on a credit card which she assured me would be NO PROBLEM. It took them weeks to deliver my stuff that was only a 5 1/2 hour drive. I made 53 phone calls to them & numerous emails & only 1 time was I able to talk to someone who informed me that if I did not transfer money into their Chase acct my stuff would be put in storage & I would then be charged a storage fee. They have NO HEART & DON'T CARE about your situation. NOBODY told me my stuff was going to be unloaded & put in a warehouse....My question is WHY when it was ONLY a 5 1/2 hr drive. This simple move was made into one of the most stressful weeks of my life. Now I owe a family member money & the whole experience was a disaster. DO NOT EVER USE THIS CO!!!!
