They were 7 hours late, showing up at 9:30pm and staying until 1am. They changed and padded the original estimate. Left trash all over the yard they tossed off the truck. Scratched my wood floors and left nuts, bolts and screws to items everywhere. Delivery was also late in the evening, hours past when they said. My expensive mattress was filthy and uncleanable. Also missing was the base to an antique barrister. Customer service doesn't exist except in the form of voicemail. Calls are never returned. I would never use or reccomend them!!!! I can say that the two skinny guys who showed up in a Budget rental truck were at least pleasant.
