Less than 24 hours before Proud American Movers were scheduled to arrive, they said they wouldn't be able to come for another couple of days. After 24 hours of dealing with rude, incompetent, unconcerned employees, they canceled the move, leaving me 24 hours to find another option before I have to vacate my home. This is hands-down the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I hope no one else has to go through an experience like this. Their unprofessionalism is going to cost my fiance and I thousands of dollars, hours of last-minute planning, and a lot of additional stress. Do not use this company.
