This company should be avoided at all costs. They gave us a two-day window for pick-up, then less than 24 hours before the window began they called to say they couldn't make it. We had tickets booked to fly out on the day after their window was supposed to have closed but they just didn't care. James, the "relocation manager" was rude and completely unconcerned about having utterly let his customers down. He first said they would come the day after their window, then a few hours later it became the day after that, then the day after that. We will be taking them to court for all the extra costs we have incurred. James also appeared unconcerned about his company. I'm sure his bosses would be very proud to know that he said, "It's not my company, I'm just an employee. You can't do anything to me." Please don't use this company. They are completely and utterly unreliable. We were warned by some of the bigger companies about Proud American but we chose to give the "little guy" a chance. Lesson learned. Stay away at all costs.
