They gave me an $1,100.00 quote from ILL. to Fl. which was cheaper than I could do it, so I said yes! I was told that was impossible and as soon as my stuff was on the truck it jumped to $2,100.00! The driver was mexican and spoke very little english he had trouble communicating the telephone number for me to call him back on! As if that wasn't bad enough on the day my things were due to arrive I recieved nothing at all; no belongings; no phone calls nothing! When I called I was transfered to an recording to leave a message! How can this type of shady business be hidden behind the name "Proud American Moving" this is a mockery and a disgrace to americans everywhere. I will never recomend this company to anyone and will see about a class action lawsuit to recoup what I have lost!!!
