WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Honestly, too many things went wrong to describe them all on here, but steer clear of this company! Everything seemed fine until the day of the move - movers showed up late, found out everything the sales consultant said was incorrect, and the cost jumped 60% from the original quote (which occurred after everything was on the truck and was assured that it would not change by Lee A.). They also recalculated the estimate incorrectly and broke a ceiling lamp in the process to top it all off.
In the meantime, I wrote to the customer service agent, Roni, requesting an explanation of the charges and for it to be adjusted correctly - no response. I called asking about my delivery multiple times - no response. Finally, I was in touch with the actually delivery driver who ran into some bumps and came two days late, but at least he answered the phone. Upon arrival, approximately 75% of my items were damaged (and the driver had to have payment before unloading which made me uncomfortable considering my experience until this point). Tomorrow, I will probably spend all day repeatedly calling the company until someone answer to attempt to gain some of my money through the insurance claim for the damaged items - after that it is court.
Bottom line: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER. They may seem nice at first, but in the end, they will screw you over.
