This was the worst experience of my life. They lied over and over stating my shipment was scheduled for delivery and then each time, nothing. They never called to inform me of changes to the delivery schedule (required by law) but rather I had to call each time and beg for ANY information. They are a complete joke as far as customer service. I was literally laughed at when I said that, yet again, my shipment wasn't delivered. It took 3 weeks and a threat from my employer to get a lawyer involved for my things to just get on a truck. Then an additional 1.5 weeks for it to get to me. They contract out other trucking companies; the people picking up and delivering DO NOT WORK FOR THEM no matter what Proud American tells you!! THEY ARE LIARS!!! They have the complete upper hand having all your belongings and take total advantage of it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I went with them because of other reviews so I felt it necessary to warn others.
