I have been sitting on hold with this company for half an hour waiting to talk to Ronnie, the supervisor, to find out where my daughter's and granddaughter's belongings are! I am in customer service and this is the WORST I have ever encountered! Not only have they not delivered my daughter's items, but they can't even tell me when they will be delivered. It has been almost a month!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Have also talked to a woman who has been waiting 2 months for her items that lives in Florida.
