Dylan quoted me a great price and then when they showed up the quote nearly doubled based on the amount of cubic footage my belongings took up in the truck. The only problem is that my belongings didn't take up nearly as much cubic footage as they claimed, they were needlessly reluctant to adjust the price to the proper amount and they refused to counter my estimates by providing evidence that my belongings were indeed using up as much cubic footage as they claimed. The customer service was poor, providing updates only once per week, not calling me back when promised, and avoiding my calls when I reached out to them.
