I would like to thank ProAce moving for their patience dealing with the property manager of our building giving us issues for the elevator. We reserved the elevator two weeks in advance and because of a conflict of schedule, another moving company were using the elevator at the same time as us. We had to share using it. However, both companies worked diligenctly together to make both moves happen quickly, even though circumstances didn't allow it. Both companies were very flexible and made sure that all moves were out of the building before 12pm. Thank you Proace and whoever other company that helped us get it done. Overall experience was great despite the elevator issue.
