Tons of research has been made to choose my mover prior to my move. Price wasn't an issue, hence wasn't looking for a scam mover who would low ball estimate, which happened to me in the past. I contacted 3 companies, which 1 of them never showed up for the onsite, the other company based their quote on weight (which you should never use this option) and finally ProAce moving came in uniform, did a detail estimate and explained to me the process of packing, loading and delivery. Tons of choices were offered to me and that made me feel comfortable to use their services. There was no pressure selling, and Dan even suggested I get quotes from other movers to see how they compare. I like that approach. He didnt try to put down anyone, and he was very open minded about my suggestions for delivery.. I was amazed by their diligence, their communication skills (even though dan has a french accent) and finally their professionalism. I am happy I decided to go with ProAce because i was very satisifed with their service, their care about my furniture, their delivery to destination, their arrival at the time they estimated.
