Pickup went smoothly. I had some additional packing charges and some additional items which I was charged for but the movers were very friendly and fair about it. I negotiated with him for a little but more of a discount. I was told the window for delivery would be around 6-10 days. My delivery came on the 13th day which upset me but I have to say they were great about being in touch with me throughout the move and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to friends but don't be set on a delivery date, take some extra clothes with you in case they are a little late.
