Our first movers let us down when he had his truck impounded just before we were due to move. This meant finding another moving company. We ended up rebooking with Priority1 Moving and I’m glad we did. We knew that we wouldn’t get our things on the date that was originally agreed upon with the 1st moving company. But Priority1 Moving assured us that they would do their best to get our move as close to that date as possible. Sure enough just a few days later Priorty1 Moving contacted us so say our items had been picked up and was on their way. The delivery came within that week. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they put in. My only gripe was that it was not immediately clear to me how I was supposed to pay the rest of the bill after paying the deposit. Apart from that a great move all round.
