As a first time cross country mover, I really didn't know where to start but I was lucky enough find PrimeWay Movers. Their sales department made it very easy for me understand the entire process as well as tips on how to choose a moving slot, I was thankful that they very transparent. With a little shopping around, this company was an easy choice. The pricing was competitive with major carriers and they stayed very attentive and responsive throughout the process. My delivery arrived on time and in great condition. I actually run consumer call centers and I was very impressed with the personalities of all of their team that I spoke with as well as their processes. This is an easy 5 star review to write.
