I had moved recently with Presto & I would like to tell my story. I had looked for a mover for quite some time and was unable to find a reliable mover that would be able to service my move. I have many precious belongings including a grand piano and I was not ready to hand it over to just about anyone. When the representative first contacted me via email I was already pleased with the response time from Q to A in the conversation. I eventually called in and set up for an In Home Estimate so the movers would know what to expect on the day of the move and they would be prepared with the proper equipment. The estimator was well dressed and put together and this was only reassuring me that I would be able to trust in this company to handle my move. We scheduled for a date which I ended up changing due to complications on my end. The dispatchers were very easy to deal with and very flexible on the timing. I was able to have my move done early in the morning and they arrived on time. I was moving from Dallas to Houston so the foreman explained that it would not be same day service for the delivery. I was relieved that he told me this before the furniture was loaded onto the truck so that I would be able to plan accordingly. Sure enough, the movers arrived bright and early the next day. The piano was the first thing to come off the truck. The three guys who were assigned to the delivery were extremely knowledgeable in the task at hand. They had a system and they moved the piano without breaking a sweat. They had the proper tools and they did it in a responsible manner. I offered them lunch and they gracefully accepted, we sat and shared stories until it was time for them to go. They were really well spoken for movers and i now understand what a professional mover is. These guys do their job with integrity and pride. If y'all see this I would like for you know I have sent my story to the Corporate offices. I can imagine that you are well taken care with Presto Logistics, I wish you well and hopefully we will cross paths again. Thank you for your outstanding work and Good luck!
