I live locally and I needed a mover to help my mom move from Phoenix to Cali. I called Presto cause I saw they were located right near me and asked if they would be able to move someone from Phoenix, they said they would and went over a quote with me. I wasn't exactly sure what was in my moms house so I asked that they overestimate. They said they would overestimate by 20%. When they got their it turned out my mother didn't get some of packing done and they needed to do it. It ended up being a wash because the quote was so overestimated the price pretty much stayed the same. They came the next day and unpacked everything for my mom in her new apartment here. They did an excellent job and I'm sure they would do the same for everyone.
