I have read all the bad reviews on Prestige and I wasn't going to use them, but the lady I worked with was really, really nice and walked me through everything even the possibility of going overon my weight which I did. I missed putting a lot of things onmy inventory list and they did tell me to do it, but I thought, it wouldn't be that much. I was pleased with my move, even though it cost a little more, but all and all it was a good move for me.
