When I contacted Preferred Moving Company for my move last month, right from the front office to the moving crew that turned up for the relocation exercise, all their staff members were very professional and friendly. In spite of the challenges they faced moving my heavy furniture down the stairs from my second floor apartment, the crew members were surprisingly efficient.
