Not reliable, liars, Don't waste your time and money

My boyfriend and I were moving from New York to South Carolina and we needed to get somewhere fast and cheap. A man from precision named Eddie Cullen called us and gave us a quote for about $1300 which was a great price for us!! They said they would pick our things up on Thursday and we planned to drive down to South Carolina Saturday because we start work on Monday. We had a very tight schedule and they knew that. Thursday came and they never showed up we waited all day every time we called them they said they were about 2 hrs away, there short staffed bc it is a holiday ( it wasn't ) excuses after excuses. Finally a girl called us at like 9 pm and said she's sorry but the movers went to the wrong city instead of looking at the zip code. There booked for tmrw but they can come on Saturday ( the day we were planning on moving) then the driver called us and said he was in our area and he will be there at 9 am. We had no other option but to wait again the next morning just for them not to show up. I called furious and after talking to about 3 different people who all told different stories I was told there about five hours away and can come get my things tomorrow morning which is now Saturday. Saturday morning comes and they actually showed up on time , we were shocked ... 2 guys get out of the truck, didn't introduce themselves, they were so unprofessional they looked at our things and wrote some stuff down and then said they will be back. They left and didn't come back for another 2 hours!!! Within those two hours we were so mad and confused we didn't think they were coming back so we called the company and said to forget it we don't want them to come back and we want our down payment back. They told us the movers left because they had to empty the things they had in the truck into a storage unit ( those poor people will probably never see there stuff ) and that it's already been 3 days so we can't get our deposit back. We ended up renting our own U haul and putting my car on the back, it was a little more expensive but well worth it after reading all these reviews I don't think we would of got our stuff back and if we would of it probably would have been damaged!! Don't waste your time and money. Do it yourself.
