This company is a predatory fraud. Original quote given and services retained with a professionally sounding caucasion male named Eddie. Once deposit was paid the nightmare began. I was forced to communicate with a thug that spoken in broken English. They essentially held my possessions for ransom and demanded 3X the orignal quote if I ever wanted to see my items again. I did not have the money they demanded so they proceeded to hold my items for close to 50 days in their storage in the Bronx NY until I could come up with the money. I never authorized my shipment to go that far away from the destination. I feel this was done to further intimidate me. I read these reviews and was able to contact what I consider a God Sent Angel at Mayflower name John reynolds. He then put me in touch with MoverRescue. During this ordeal I had a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized for 10 days. I would not have ever seen my items again without their intervention. Please contact Department of Transportation in addition to NY State Attorney. I do not know yet if my items were damaged or stolen. I will post a follow up to this review is there were further injuries as a result of these professional con-artist/thugs/etc. etc.
