This company is extremely disorganized. I would highly recommend not using this company. They don't pick up your stuff or drop off your stuff when they say they are going to. I had my move date set for a Thursday and I was told that the movers would call me the day before to pick up my stuff. When they never called, I called them on the morning of only to find out that they actually weren't coming for my stuff until the following week and since I was moving out the next day, I had to leave it to my roommate to receive them the next week and she was not very happy.
My sales consultant apparently did not know about this change in date and offered me a discount upon delivery of my items. However, when the movers called me about delivery, not only did they not know about this discount, they also said that my delivery price was a hundred dollars more than what was giving on the itinerary emailed to me.
Whenever I would try and call the company, my sales consultant was almost never there to take my call and they would tell me that he would call me back which occurred about 50 percent of the time. Same thing goes for emails as well. Only about half of those were ever responded to.
I will give you that this company is cheaper than a lot of moving companies but if you don't was a disorganized mess to handles your things then I would strongly recommend not using this company. Worst. Company. Ever.
