Never, ever, ever use this company. Their customer service representatives are extremely incompetent and rude. They have no idea of when items will be delivered and are in no big rush to find out. Every time I called to find out where my furniture was, I was told it was at the warehouse or on the truck to be delivered. This went on for over three weeks until I told them I was going to get a lawyer involved. That same afternoon I was told my furniture was on the truck. It was delivered within 3 days.
Stay away from Ryan, very rude customer service rep.He told me my option was to pick up my furniture. Of course, no refund would be given.
Run from this company--don't walk!!
