They picked up my items and never communicated that when it's going to be delivered. When, I contacted them, they said maximum 29 business days (if not delivered, you'll be compensated) and delivered after on 31st day.
Items were not handled properly because of that my new mattress (just 45 days old) got shrink it's size, lamps and fan broken. TV is mising from delivery.
When contacted for TV, they said, I'll be given just 60 cents per pound as per weight of TV (as per basic insurance provided by company).
Customer service presonnls are very rude in behaviour....:(
I'd not recommend anyone to use their service.
