The mover was late for three days to pick up my stuff and was early to deliver it. They didn't tell you their plan in advance. Even if they did, they changed at the last minute.
They gave low estimates to attract their customers but charged you way more on the day of moving. They even charged for the service they didn't provide. They charged me for stairs when there was an elevator right across my apartment.
I had tried to ask them for a refund for the service they didn't provide for a month. A month later, I realized that they could do anything but give me my money back. I decided not to spend any more time on this company but I think I should at least let people know so no one will regret as I do now.
