Worst moving experience. I saw good reviews on this website and used them. Now looking at yelp and facebook, there are so many people with similar experiences so i figured i would add my review here so no one goes thru the experience i had. They give you a low quote and change the price and charge you much more day of. Don't believe the person on the phone. You give them the full inventory and he calculates the space needed and does is less so he can give you a better quote. Of course you don't know that, then day of moving you are left with no choice cos they load everything almost then tell you it's going to be more. And if you tell them then you don't want it. They will say then pay per hour for the moving people to load and unload so you have no choice. Def a scam. It doesn't end there. Time to deliver, they don't give you much of a choice when do deliver and want to charge again for everything that should have been in the quote. Like if you told the person on the phone you are moving to a house with basement , ofcourse it has stairs. They want to charge to go upstairs /downstairs per stairs which should have been in the quote as other companies. Just beware. I read some reviews but the guys I spoke to Pierre/Paul were nice on the phone and "gave me a good rate and discount" but I ended up paying 800 more than my quote. I would never use them. they broke my chair (diner set)and damaged and chipped a lot of my furniture/walls. Also my clothes had this smell not sure where they store the stuff. I filed a claim online but they require you mail them a written one after so it was not worth if cos they pay you .30 or .60 cents per lb so I would have gotten best case scenario 10bucks and wasted money printing the pictures etc.
