My daughter furniture was picked up on august 22nd 2014,we had asked for a delivery date that following week.One week went by they came up with the excuse that the weather had been bad or raining,we were in west henretta and the weather was beautiful all week.The second week there excuse was that they didn't know where the furniture was.The third week came and they said the furniture was in Maryland.The dispatchure said that the truck driver had quit and left the truck in Maryland.The fourth week came finally found the furniture in storage in Maryland,but the storage people wanted more money for delivery to west henritta new York.The fifth week came and finally delivered the furniture on September 26th.i know that it was not the drivers fault but I do blame the system they have set up.
