Quote seemed better than others. When they did finally arrive for pick up, it was in a rented U-haul truck. They then tried to double the cost of the quote. Told them to contact supervisor as was almost double. Ended up paying 25% more. They have you over a barrel, have already made other related arrangements so starting all over normally is not an option. I must state that the packing of items was very good.
Their " customer service" (oxymoron) was the worst, could not get in contact with the same person twice. They were also VERY rude and unprofessional. Would not give a delivery date. Workers were all foreigners and some wer quite difficult to communicate with. NEVER use again. Rip off artists.
