I was expecting a better service when I moved from Illinois to Florida. I received some of my furniture damaged, because of their lack of protective blankets the crew brought the day I moved, and I had to go buy some blankets. Also the driver called me 2 PM saying his truck broke down 2 Hrs. away from my address, and he will delivery on 7/8/14. The delivery was made 3 days later, after the day they said, I was going to have my things. When they arrived I had to help them to unload the truck, and put my stuff away, after they just dropped everything at the door. I didn't received a full service, as I was told when they gave me the Binding Quote, which included disassemble and assembly.
