THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. They flat out lied about the number of days it would take. My belongings took ~25 days to arrive (midwest to east coast move). They broke several valuables and belongings. They were extremely rude on the phone when I called several times to get updates on where my stuff was because it had been over 3 weeks. When they moved my stuff in finally, the movers scratched the hardwood on my floors. They also scratched the walls. The movers themselves were extremely rude and also filthy, two were very unhygienic and smelled like alcohol. On top of it, I'm pretty sure they stored my belongings in a dirty place because they caused a BED BUG problem which I had never had before.
I have never ever had just a terrible experience with any company let alone a moving company.
I have been using yelp for years to look up other peoples' reviews on various things. But I've never written a review myself. I joined yelp purely to write this review because this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and don't want anyone else to have to deal with them.
