My boyfriend and I used platinum for our big move and we are completely satisfied and happy with them. There were no hidden fees, no hiccups in our move at all. The guys were super-efficient and got everything done without denting or damaging anything like some movers. I've moved many times, and this past move with platinum has definitely been the best by far. Make sure you reserve ahead of time, as they get very busy quick!!!
