Very happy we used Platinum Van Lines and am happy to recommend them. They were all very helpful and gave us a quote promptly, the staff in the office were always ready to answer any questions and the moving crew were polite, friendly, and hardworking and took great care with our belongings. This was our first move after 28 years in our home and we had a lot of stuff to move. I was quite apprehensive about the move but the Forman was very reassuring on the day. The crew were organized, experienced, planned the loading and unloading efficiently, and worked quickly, being ready to move ahead of schedule. They were also very helpful in dealing with the unexpected, like removing an item which was bolted down but had become stuck as one of the bolts had corroded, they managed to release it in the end, thanks :)
