Our salesperson was very helpful and gave a good quote for the work to be completed however we did not get great response from him when I tried to contact him. He did apologize and was always professional but better communication would help. As for the moving crew James and Tim they were AWESOME! They worked very quickly and methodically to make our move very smooth. I would LOVE to request them when I make my next move! They deserve credit for making me want to use Platinum Van Lines
