PLANET is a top notch moving company with outstanding employees. It is very impressive that every employee- the receptionist, the warehouse workers, the sales person, the moving driver, and the mover -XXXprovided excellent customer service. It felt like each person was totally accountable for their part of our move and they wanted to ensure our experience with them was above average. This is quite an achievement considering we moved at the end of January, which is a busy time for them.
Our experience with movers is vast. After relocating with employers the past few moves, we were now moving without an employer’s expense account. We had three different moving companies located in the Bay area, come to our house to evaluate our possessions to be moved. The outcome was that planet's price was lower than other reliable moving companies. More importantly, planet was the most thorough in pointing out potential issues for us to think about in our move so we wouldn't deal with any unexpected costs. One additional benefit to using PLANET is that the people were enjoyable to work with and provided timely service.
