When you're inspired to write a positive review about something like a moving company, you know they've made an impression! Never a fun task, particularly on a rainy day like, oh, today, but one that these Two Men made as smooth and quick as possible.
First, I've used the company before (this location and the Smyrna one) and I was expecting good things. They definitely met and then exceeded my expectations.
Why?
1 They were early! (Ok, so I wasn't showered yet but I was just gonna get sweaty moving anyway, so that wasn't a big deal).
2 Danny and his partner were nice, matter-of-fact and told me they'd get it done as fast as they could to save me money.
3 They'd done moves at my building before, so that just made dealing with the how-you-have-to-move hoopla of the anal condo board much easier. No grumbling or moaning because they had to park outside, could only use one gate or elevator, etc...
4 They asked where I wanted everything put, paid attention to what I asked and were happy to readjust a few things after the first "placement." Since I moved from a one BR loft to a three BR house, this was hugely helpful as I wasn't sure immediately where to put a number of things.
5 They were careful with all of my stuff. Enough said.
6 It took just over two-and-a-half hours for the move, which might be a record for any of my moves, and they rounded down to come up with my final tab.
In fact, we were done before noon and I had hung pictures by 2pm. That's what I call a good move
