I emailed then called to discuss my move with a company representative. I explained that I was making an appointment and that I would be out of town the week prior to my move and would NOT be available by phone for confirmation. I reserved the elevator at my apartment building based on the data given me by the representative that they would be there at 9 am to move me. We agreed that the movers were scheduled for a 9 to 1pm move. i had an amazing time booking my job ! i will reccomend them to all!
