After signing into to some internet website I was slammed by calls from potential companies wanting my business. I was receiving so many quotes I didn’t know how to make the decision until I received a phone call from Daniel at Personal touch. Instantly I could tell I had the right guy because instead of offering me the “lowest price” he walked me through government websites and explained to me how moving actually works, and not just want he was expecting me to want to hear. I quickly learned that all the other companies contacting me are moving brokers, and NOT the actual carrier. So what was the use of dealing with a middle man when I can contact the carrier direct. Even though my move was a small load from VA-MD , The guys at Personal Touch worked hard, and I really apprenticed everything they did for me. Daniel is the most kind person for being so patient with me, and you can tell he honestly does love his job.
