Took them thru house as soon as they arrived to show them what was to be moved. Near end of move, was told truck wasn't big enough. They made NO attempt to get another truck. I had to be out of house that day and had no time to get someone else. Ended up loosing thousands of $ of furnishings. When I e-mailed all the people I had dealt with and told them of dissatisfaction, no one even bothered to contact me. And, they overcharged me by not deducting my deposit from my payment. Very dissatisfied, very stressful. 2 Men & A Truck asked what all I was moving and I walked thru the house telling them of everything. PT Movers did not ask. 2 Men couldn't do move when I needed it done. If movers had loaded truck properly, it would not have been an issue.
