We had to move from California to New York about a months ago. After searching and reading a lot online I was very apprehensive about moving companies. We ended up using Pacific West and they were friendly, caring, conscientious, and answered every question I had before the move.. They were on time & really paid special attention to detail. They packed with swift care... Making sure that we were taken care of... going over every detail on insurance options and all... I have gone the cheap route before and really got what i paid for... bad customer service and an attitude... not to mention the things that got damaged and broke along the way... these guys are a CUT ABOVE. And all of my worries gone now, I am definitely bookmarking them for the next time I move, and would recommend them without any hesitation.
