DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All of the horror stories you hear about a moving company describe Pacific Ocean Moving and Storage. They were over 60 days late on my delivery and promised a partial refund since I told them we had to buy new furniture and equipment was damaged upon delivery. I had to follow up with them multiple times a week just to get the delivery then multiple times a week just to get a refund. I was told by the dispatch manager that I would get a significant refund but it needed to get approved by the VP, I was never able to get a hold of him again and after about 3 more weeks of calling them 3 times a week I finally got a $75 dollar check in the mail and a letter saying they couldn't give me more since they said they were not late. This was after multiple people at their company already confirmed they were late, I have the paper work to prove it. The company is a joke, won't return a phone call and even after I threatened to sue, they still haven't responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
