I made arrangements at least 6weeks in advance for the move from folsom ca. to Washington dc I kept checking to make sure that they were going to show up on Monday 7-28-2014. I kept being assured that they knew the move date .The last day I verified the move date was 7-25-14. On7-28-14 they did not show.I phoned to see what had happened and was told that they did not show because they had not been able to contact me over the past two daysby phone or email pure bullshit my phone had an answering machine and my email was working fine.they also could not move me on7-29-14.I had to get another mover on very short notice to get out of my sold house.It cost me about $1000 more than pacifics quote but who knows how bogus the quote was .If you want someone who will not show up on moving day by allmeans call pacific moving and storage.they must have a lot of friends to get so many positive reviews.
