My name is Daniel Cohen , i'm the person this comment is referring to and i'm replying because i take my job very seriously as customer service is paramount in my priorities. ( and i'm replying as a private person, i review this website daily )
The Job number in question is not a job number that exist in our system , nor do we have a single customer named Virgil who moved with us in the near or distant past.
Also what leads me to believe that you are confused or mistaken is the fact that the job numbers are different in the comment you posted ( 6435678 + 5673456 ).
