Disappointed with Daniel. He was easy to get ahold of initially and very responsive; however, he was dishonest with his quote, and as soon as the e-signature was completed on my end he was impossible to get ahold of. Good customer service is following up after the sale, not just the initial stage of the process. Sales 101 bud.
