Everything seemed cool at first. Oz moved my boxes into a locked and secure storage unit. Last weekend I moved my boxes into my new house from storage. When I opened my TV box one of my lamps and pictures was in the box where my plasma was suppose to be- OPPSSSS!!!!!! When I contacted OZ they made me feel like I was making this story up and that they where not to blame because my things where in storage. The storage facility is monitored 24 hours a day. Nobody had touched a thing in my unit. They also said that it was impossible one of their movers had stole the TV from the box and switched things around, once again implying I was a lyer. I'm asking for 1200 to replace the TV. I paid 2200 to be moved, my TV was mysteriously vanished in their hands. The way I see it they are still up 1k, after time and expenses maybe they break even on me? Lets see if they actually pay up. If they do I have no complaints. If not I have been stolen from and will not rest until I have been re paid for the TV that was stolen while in their hands!!!
