This company is a scam. I can't believe I didn't yelp them before I chose them for my move. And for some reason when I first started dealing with them they had a different name. It wasn't until I'd already decided to go with them that I heard the name Orivan lines. I wish I can remember what that first company name was so I could warn people. Anyway, stay away from Ori van lines at all costs, even if you have to scramble to find another company last minute. these people will lie in the quote, lose your furniture, damage your furniture, and take a WHOLE MONTH to deliver. that's right. 30 DAYS. apparently it says that in the fine print, but my dumb ass didn't read it. I just believed AMANDA when she said it will arrive in 7-10 days. And good luck trying to get any answers on the phone. No one can help you, and no one calls you back. Seriously, go with another company, even if you have to pay more.

I'll try to keep this simple and to the point and not rage on my keyboard. Stay away from this company. They are thieves and liars. As soon as i finish this review I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. here is why:
1) They lie when they give you a quote. Expect to pay much more than what they tell you, for things like if the movers had to use an elevator, long carry, if you go over weight, if you go over square footage, and extra packing tape. for example, they packed our tv for us, and charged us $250 for the bubble wrap and the box, which was a basic box.
2) they tell you that on average, your furniture will arrive in 7-10 days. Ours took 26 days. TWENTY SIX DAYS.
3) They lost our suitcase. I don't even remember what was in it. I hope it wasn't pictures or scrapbooks. I guess I'll find out as soon as I finish unpacking and figure out what's missing.
4) they also damaged our dining room table.
5) if you bought the insurance, which thank god we did, you have to file a claim online which can take up to 90 days to process. honestly, i don't expect to get any money back for my lost suitcase or my damaged table.
6) we called dozens of times to complain about all of this, and no one ever has any answers. it is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. We spoke with Amanda and Mike and although they sound nice I am convinced they are EVIL.
7) You have to pay most of the balance up front, and once they have your furniture and your money they don't give a damn about you. No one there ever returns your calls.
In conclusion, this is the worst company to do business with. DO your research and find one that is highly rated with satisfied customers. These people will rip you off and cause you much stress! Hope this saves some folks.
