I'm obsessed with buying stuff I probably don't need, but want - cause I think it's an amazing deal, off of craigslist.
It's becoming a dangerous and time consuming habit.
when I found my a new apartment, my bf was not impressed. He was not looking forward to renting a truck, and lugging a huge thing down flights of stairs. And so I called ori van lines.
Their prices are extremely reasonable truck. Entirely worth it for a big move.
Though I was excited about my new home, I was dreading the whole moving experience, after my last one. The previous movers had needed my bf and my help to move half of the stuff, and had hidden costs.
But ori van lines were on it. They dealt with my three phone calls every day - three days up to the move. They found the place where I was picking stuff up before I did (I was wondering around in the wrong building for a good couple of minutes) they were early, friendly, fast, efficient, and relaxed. They put plastic wrap around stuff, and carried everything easily down the stairs.
They even had forms for me to sign after-wards. Because yes they are professionals, licensed, and on top of things.
The whole time they were moving me, I kept on gushing about how great they were and they just smiled and said....
"uh we're not done yet...."
But they deserved all of the praise - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to move again.
(My back hurts today - but not because of lifting - but because I'm dumb and carry a heavy back-back with me everywhere. Luckily the one sided back back thing died along time ago - or I'd be lopsided right now and walking diagonally everywhere...
Uh but yes def. go with ori van lines - they are truly the most reasonably priced and best movers I've used thus far.
